Questions we hear a lot.
What does the $99 per month include?
Hosting, domain renewal, SSL, security updates, up to 1 hour of changes per month (texts, photos, prices, hours, a new page), your Google reviews kept up to date on the site and a monthly report. Nothing else is needed to keep the site running. Bigger changes or new features get a quote first, and you decide.
Why is there a $590 setup?
It covers the design and build of your complete site (up to 10 pages): layout, texts, photos, the one-time Google setup and all the connections. You only pay it after you approve the free preview.
Will I show up first on Google?
No one can honestly guarantee rankings. We build a fast site with the technical and local SEO basics done right, set up your Google Business Profile and Search Console, and show your reviews. Where you rank also depends on your reviews, your competition and how long your business has been online.
Is there a contract? What if I cancel?
There is no long-term contract: the plan is month to month under our terms of service. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged the following month. Your domain stays yours. The site runs on our platform, so it goes offline when the plan ends; if you want to keep the site files, ask us for a buyout quote.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and all texts and photos are yours.
How do I pay?
By credit card or PayPal, with a secure payment link we send after you approve the preview. The monthly fee is charged automatically.
Where are you located?
Our team is in Curitiba, Brazil, where Webstorm has been building websites since 1998. We work with clients remotely by WhatsApp, email and video call, and our hours overlap with US business hours.
Do I need to write the texts or take photos?
No. We write the texts with you, in English (and in another language if your customers need it). We use your photos, your Google and Instagram pictures, or professional stock images when needed.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Send us what you want to change by WhatsApp or email and we update it. Up to 1 hour of changes per month is included; anything bigger gets a quote before we start.
Do you build online stores or systems?
Yes. Online stores, custom booking systems, customer portals and integrations are custom projects. A simple link to the booking or ordering app you already use is included in the plan. Tell us what you need and we will send a quote.
