This policy explains how Webstorm Internet Ltda ("Webstorm", "we") handles information on webstorm.digital/us.

What we collect

• Preview and contact requests: the business name, your name, email, phone, city, current website and any notes you send us through the form, WhatsApp or email.
• Website check: the website address you enter. We open that public page to analyze it and do not store the address with any personal information.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, prepare your preview, provide our services and send you information about them. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processors (for example, PayPal), only as needed to provide the service.

How long we keep it

While we are talking with you or providing services, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, accounting or security reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected]. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA, and we will honor them.

International transfer

Webstorm is based in Brazil. Information you send us may be processed in Brazil and in the countries where our providers operate.
