Terms of service

Last updated: November 2, 2026.

These terms apply to the website plan offered by Webstorm Internet Ltda ("Webstorm", "we") to businesses in the United States.

1. Free preview

We build a preview of your homepage at no cost. You are not obliged to buy anything. If you don't approve it, nothing is owed.

2. Setup fee

After you approve the preview, the one-time setup fee of $590 (US dollars) covers the design and build of your complete website. Once the full build has started, the setup fee is not refundable.

3. Monthly plan

The plan costs $99 per month (US dollars), charged in advance by card or PayPal. It includes a website of up to 10 pages, hosting, domain renewal, SSL, security updates, up to 1 hour of changes per month, Google reviews on the site and a monthly report. Additional pages, larger changes, new features and systems are quoted separately and only done after your approval.

4. Month to month, cancel anytime

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by email or WhatsApp. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and you will not be charged again. Monthly payments already made are not refunded.

5. What is yours

Your domain is registered in your name and remains yours. Your texts, photos, logo and business information are yours. When the plan ends, we help transfer the domain to the provider of your choice.

6. What is ours

The site runs on Webstorm's platform. The layout, code and platform are licensed to you while the plan is active. If you want to keep the site files after cancelling, we can quote a one-time buyout.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the content you send us is accurate and that you have the right to use it, and that your business follows the laws that apply to it.

8. Availability

We work to keep your site online and fast at all times, using professional infrastructure. Occasional interruptions caused by providers or events outside our control may happen.
